My orchestra director has something like that...we never use it...
If man is 5, if man is 5, if man is 5,
then the Devil is 6, then the Devil is 6, then the Devil is 6, the Devil is 6,
And if the Devil is 6,

then God is 7, then God is 7, then God is 7
This monkey's gone to heaven.

you can tune ten guys at once it looks like. still, too much moolah there.

that's for groups where multiple instruments tune at the same time, if you run something like that, you can probably afford it.

If you're serious about being in tune, it's all about Peterson.

There's a high school around here that has that beast. I doubt they use it though.

The 7 at the bottom are for precisely tuning the 7 notes, BEADGCF

and the 5 at the top are for tuning the half steps in between, F#/Gb, G#/Ab, etc...

Yeah...

I kinda feel like a prick for saying it the way i did so sorry about that dude. But yeah there's one display for each particular note so that it's ultra precise.

I've used them before, worth the price for bands/orchestras/choirs. Amazingly accurate and reliable too, I've never seen one break down in the 6 years I've been around them.

Most Gibson VOS gear, especially the Zakk Wlyde model, are obscenely expensive for what they are. The price makes me shudder.

Actually, my school has that. It's pretty useful. You can plug in a guitar or bass, but it's also useful for wind instruments.

Nothing is ridiculously overpriced ... if someone is willing to pay the price.
