I have DS-1, and it's okay. However, I also have access to a friend's Guv'nor pedal, which I like as well. In your opinions, which is better quality/better sounding?

I havn't played the DS1, and I've heard good things about both, but my Boss DS2 sounds pretty digital, while the guvnor sounds a little more realistic. Anyway, I'd just play 'em as much as you can. Play them in the same sitting, that always helps, you know like a side by side comparison.

follow this rule to find wich is better.

never listen to other people to find out w hat is better. spend the time with both side by side. and whatever one you like the best is best.

NO, I have a DS-1 already, and my friend has a Guv'nor which he offered to sell me.
