Okay so I learned how to completely play Unholy Confessions by A7x 1-2 days ago. I can play the whole song great except I have to accomodate a bit for Zacky's part on rhythm at 1:14 of this video

How do you get your guitar to do that screech/scream effect?

It's called a pinch harmonic. When you pick the note, keep most of the pick hidden between your fingers, so that the flesh of your finger touches the string as you pick. It's easier to get them with humbuckers and some decent gain, and there are sweet spots along the string over the pickups where they're stronger.

That would be a pinch harmonic achieved by hitting the string with your pick and then thumb right after.

Playing for a month, and you can play a song like that already? Great work.

If you've only been playing a month I wouldn't worry about pinch harmonics yet, concentrate on the basics like picking cleanly and accurately, fretting cleanly, keeping both hands synchronised, playing in time etc.

The one problem with the internet is that it gives you too much knowledge. Every new guitarist is immediately confronted with all this stuff that they don't know and feels they have to know it all immediately. In reality it takes a long time to learn the guitar, it doesn't matter if you have immediate access to everything you need to know, you still takes time to actually learn that stuff and do things in the right order.
