Hey ug

about a week ago my squier (no loling plz) started buzzing whenever i plugged it into an amp, im not really bothered because i dont use this guitar much but today ive been trying to fix it.

Here's a pic i just took:


This may sound very nooby but my guess is that the 2 loose wire bits are meant to be connected??

and if they are meant to be connected how do i put them together so that their not gonna just fall apart again?

solder them together or use electrical tape

i havent really soldered much before but my brothers got all the shiz for it so ill probs jus wait till he gets home n do it then

is there any other way of doing it or is that the best way?

yea but before you solder, touch together whatever you are soldering and test it. Good luck brohan

Soldering is the best way imo.

I think you should get your brother to teach you some soldering... It's simple and a very useful skill to have, especially as a electric guitar owner.

yea nike-man i just tried touching them together n putting it in the amp and the sound was gone cheers
