I was playing and just now noticed that for some reason, my picking technique has been forged into badness. Whenever I pick now, for some reason I tend to anchor (ever so slightly) my wrist on the strings below the one I'm playing on. This is not good for it mutes all the notes down there, which if I want to let one ring....I am fooked, so what are your suggestion? I tried to fix the problem by anchoring my pinky on the body instead and stuff like that, but I can't pick like that at all.
Well you should either not anchor at all or anchor slightly with your pinky. If it doesn't fell right it is because u never did that before . . . . . . just do it no matter what for a month or two and before you know it you won't "fooked," and you technique will be solid.
Sounds like a plan to me, thank ye.
