my amp when in overdrive has a fairly loud buzz, it didnt in my previous home noew I live in a duplex with telephone poles right outside my window and I think that is causing the buzz. I had my amp checked out by a great tech and he said amp is fine. I have it connected to surge protecter but I want to lower this annoying buzz, I thought of buying a power conditioner, any experience with these or any suggestions?

Try a different side of the house before skipping out to buy stuff.
Signatures are overrated.

or this: http://www.musiciansfriend.com/product/Furman-PL8-II-Power-Conditioner?sku=181301

but not a rackmount(or if the best one under $200 out there is a rackmount Id just get it and maybe someday if i get a rack if I can ever afford and need fancy stuff)

the amp I play thru is a 4x12 solid crate flexwave
