I have to cook a dinner tonight with just turkey breasts, corn on the cob and potatoes(not enough for mash however).
How do i cook turkey breasts and corn on the cob? anything special i can do with the ingredients?

i know i fail(hard ) but i want to do something right instead of poisoning my family.

Cook the corn on the cob in a pan of water for about 8 minutes, serve with lots of butter, salt and fresh milled pepper. It's not very unusual but it's the best tasting way to eat them. Can't remember how to cook meat anymore.

turkey breaksts, you just put them in the oven and wait for them to cook,
do some onion gravy.

edit:

Turkey breasts; just cook then in an oven, then fry them off in some oil with some garlic and herbs.
Potatoes; Roast them, I think the best results come with goose fat....
Corn on the cob; cook them as you normally would, but smother them in butter after you have finished.

Serve with onion/shallot gravy, peas and yorkshire puddings.

Cook the breasts in the Ovan, make Roast Potatoes and steam the Corn. Bingo, a good meal.

maybe make a tomato sauce for the turkey, like bolognese but less heavy? liking the idea of the roast potatoes, cut them small so they cook quicker and look like theres more of them, and put some rosemary in with them?

Ditto on cook turkey breasts in oven, bake on 375-400, baste with butter every now and then. If it is fresh corn on the cob, you will want to boil longer than 8 minutes. Roast potatoes in oven, deep fry, or dice and boil + butter after drain.

ok so corn on the cob boiled, turkey in the oven, got that

with the potatoes do i just boil them and simmer them as if i was making mash or just boil them and shove them in a tray, then into the oven?
