I find runnin through scales/arpeggios/warmups and exercices get me out of rut's. So try it out do it for a while aswell before even attempting anything else.

Play things that are weird to you. Like try playing another genre or scale. When it happens to me just try to come up with a riff that is harder than I can play and sounds weirder than the stuff I like, then as I keep playing it will morph into something I like and by playing something challenging it boosts the skills. Try it.

A few options that help me out in those situations:
Play with others
Write your own material
Try playing that slapping style/fingerstyle/flamenco/etc
Play another instrument

walk away from it for a while then go back you probably just need a brake

i get that way too after a couple days i always come back
