Well the intro to Crazy Train is either slapped, or punched. I think Robert Trujillo (ozzy's bassist sometimes) actually punches the body of his guitar or slaps REALLY hard

A lot of Trujillo's career with Infectious Grooves and Suicidal Tendencies was slapping.

Can't Stop by RHCP is cliche but pretty easy. Take the Power Back by RATM is a fun one too.
