I was born into this world as an asian, and unfortunately the almighty god gave me very asian arms.

Yep it's another bodybuilding thread about some horny teenager trying to get buff to impress chicks.

I was wondering what are some excercises I could do to get the arms a bit bulkier, and help me get some chicks and stuff.

I've been doing push ups, weird chin-uppy things and lifting about 5 kilograms, (heaviest thing I got around the house, it's a sports bag with 2 2 kilo dumbells and a wah in it).

I'm only 13 and I don't wanna do anything bad like harm my body, or my guitar playing. So fire away guys.

Guitar skills aren't valued anymore, being the best guitarists in the school doesn't count for anything anymore.
Maybe because, I'm not that good and everyone else just sucks.

Bodybuilding thread, but i'll help.

If you're arms are skiny like you say start with a push up routine of; 10 (30 second rest) 8 (30 second rest) 6 (1 minute rest) and repeate 2 more times. If you're fit enough hitting the pool a few nights a week would help but remember to have rest days when you work out, thats when you actually build the muscle. So do 2 or 3 days of workouts, then take a rest day.

dude u shouldnt even rly consider doin weight trainin of any kind at 13 especially bein small. I started goin to the gym at about 15 but i was a preety big guy before tht so u prob shouldnt even worry till ur bout 16-17.
And on the 7th day God created METAL!

C/ It's incredibly hard for asians to bulk up. I should know, I am myself an asian trying to bulk. You'll probably fail unless the motivation is really good. I lost 10 kilos in 6 weeks to impress a girl two years ago. She was everything to me.

Alright, I'll go to the bodybuilding thread.
Yeah I don't wanna look like some crazy ass roid monster.
Just looking for any excercises I could do that I haven't already done.

Most push-ups I've ever done in a row was 50.

Anyways I'll use that bruce lee thing, that would probably help.

Arm circumference is dependent on weight. Gaining 10 lbs of muscle will put an inch on your arm (if your doing compound movements, etc)

Although at 13 i wouldn't worry about it...

lol indeedy, where i live tho, they're mostly middle class spoiled clubbing drunks. i'm glad i'm married and don't have to deal with the dating scene here.

edit:

just so i'm not compeltely off topic.

TS. if you want to get strong, keep doing reps with those small weights. it'll tone up what you got, and when you get older, you'll retain that muscle into your teens which gives you a head start.

don't however try to bulk up now.. it'll **** wirh you bones and your joints, making you just kinda useless.
