Anything by Celtic Frost or Wintersun.

Jokes aside, anything off the album Comalies by Lacuna Coil. I guess because I listened to that album a crap load when I got it (during the summer of 04). So it has that imbedded feeling of summer whenever I listen to it, and I can't really listen to it during the winter (which is okay, as I have Unleashed Memories for one of my winter cds =P).
