You need a power amp of some sort if you're going to run the POD through a guitar cabinet.

Or let just let get straight to the point I want here. I want to tube speaker to plug my POD X3 into. Anywhere around 300~400 USD will be fine.

Atomicamps said to be made for modelling units but they quite much overpriced for what I know.
