Do I need to relocate the tremolo?
When yes how I do it?

Add either an extra spring on the back or tighten the screws. There are a few vids on youtube that should help you with it. just google it.

Hey, I'm getting a guitar with a floyd rose tremolo and want to change string gauge.
Do I need to set up the tremolo?
If so, how do I do it?

^^ I think that's what he meant.

And yes your going to have to adjust it. There is a sticky on how to do this. Check out www.youtube.com as there are many tutorials there.

Strings gauge different for tremolo the adjust to how asking is he. Hard not its.

Ah. Me git it now. Going to a thicker string means he needs to tighten the screws that attach the springs to the body of the ax, or add another spring.
