I'm not sure how, but I have the smallest of chips in my guitar's finish, just on its side. It's a plastic materially finish, so I can't paint over it. Can I get it repaired, or am I going to have to live with it? And if I can get it repaired, any idea on cost? I can live with it, it's pretty small, but it's sooo just there in my face, mocking how despite I care for my guitar it still managed to get there.

Mine has quit a few.
Even one part on the horns of the headstock where a whole chip of wood is gone.
I superglued it back, but it came off at a concert. =[

You'll eventually not care.
I'm crushed every time I do something, and then I deal with it.
There is one that bugs me, though.

what kind of guitar is it?

An Ibanez RG 350 EX. Sooo the weather worn look doesn't go with the sexy black finish. Any advice then?
