So, for a progect i need to do for my english class i need to re-enact a scene from Romeo and Juliet.

So my mom decides to go out and buy me a $90 digital video camera. Now for a progect, that seems a bit steep.

Im not gonna let it go to waste. Like any self respecting 14 year old american nerd, I thought "Why not make a few youtube videos?"

Heres the idea: Guitar lessons geared toward newer guitarists. I remember how akward it was when I first started, not really knowing any songs, and I really want to help people out of that phase as quickly as possible.

So, my fellow pit monkeys, is it a good idea???

Err I don't think she's bought you a very expensive one...
Over here you definitely can't get a new one for 45 quid.

It's a good idea in principle but there's a lot of that sort of thing about...why not just tutor people IRL and charge them for the privilege?

in guildford i'd be surprised if anything was £45.

it is a good idea imo but alas, there are lots of tutorials about already.

yeah i guess...
but what do plan on showing them?

Basic technique, and some simple, yet fun songs they apply to.

And I just double checked the price on the camera, It was actually $130.

$90 is a lot for a one time, one scene thing lol. Id give lessons, but if the people completely sucked Id give up and "NO REFUNDS!"

Nice idea, but I doubt you could make better lessons than Justin Sandercoe.

That said, make YT videos by all means.

Do what I do: make completely pointless videos.

From you I would have expected commercials to convert people to igneuspentheism...
