ok here's another gay noob to the floyd rose question.
my strings (action)...is pretty high..
i'm used to my fender strat where the strings are very close to the board (and that's what I like)
cos on this guitar that i got the strings are probly like a quarter inch from the board and it has XL jumbo frets too and i dont have sausage fingers so everytime i play something my fingers fall in between the strings and im hitting so many dead notes.
i lowered the bridge..i dont think it goes any lower so are they supposed to be higher with this trem?

bring it to a guitar tech n' ask him to do it for you if you don't want to risk messing around with ur trem system

not that i can tell...i just restrung it and fixed it up a bit today..prior i had never had a FR before...so it took me a while to balance out and set up...
it's just kinda pissing me off because if i could just get the strings lower this would be the best 150 used guitar ever.

i think i am gonna bring it to a tech...seeing that you guys dont think it sounds right either...it is holding tune pefectly tho...least theres that
