looks alright to me, and the seller has decent feedback, and they're obviously a shop. If you can afford it, go for it I say.

i think it's the way the picture is taken in comparison to the way it is taken on the actualy websites that makes the orange look so much darker
#8
looks authentic to me. If you've seen a buzzsaw youll see that it can be a really deep orange almost a red, like that one, or it can be a really vibrant orange. it was handeled by the epi custom shop...i dont remember if it still is, but with custom shop guitars, the paint can vary.

I find it kind of dodgey that the only close photo of the body has the pickups covered. Also the serial number is neigh on impossible to read. Not to mention its from china.

His feedback is good though.

does that picture of the headstock seem strangem just when it begins to show the neck, it seems very glossy, whereas Zakk Wylder sigs are left unfinished i am i right?? may just be the lighting though

to me it looks fake. look at epiphone's website. the knobs are different. epiphone used speed knobs while the one on ebay has dome knobs, if i am correct. plus, the color is red and black, the epi site says orange and black. hope this helps.

i agree with moe. it has the typical "spew the word genuine all over the description so people don't suspect a thing" and "show the brochure in the picture" tricks. also it looks very different to the buzzsaw les paul I saw in a shop yesterday. VERY different.

I'm pretty sure its fake, they normally have different style control knobs than the one here. I wouldn't trust it anyway.

You can't suspect that with fakes these days..
Signatures are overrated.

it's not going to be the same guitar pictured anyway...

"SERIAL NUMBER CAN BE CHECKED BY YOU ON EPIPHONE WEBSITE WHEN YOU RECIEVE YOUR GUITAR."

so they dont even know the number of the guitar going to be shipped. nor do they allow anyone to pick up the item.

i wouldnt do it, and i didnt read sellers feedback, but if something seems too good to be true, probably is.

I wouldn't trust it. If it's a counterfeit, they sure have eye for attention. Too bad for them they messed up with the knobs though.

i'm going with fake. i'm not convinced by the color, the knobs and the price.
when something new is much cheaper on ebay than in the stores then it's prob a copy. why would anyone buy an instrument on the internet?!? guitars, especially epis, are different from one another so the more u try out the better. that guitar might look like the real deal but u don't know if it plays as good as it looks
#24
if it was fake y would they tell u to look up the serial # on epiphone?
idk it seems a bit scketchy tho

Lol, look at the title of the ad: BRAND NEW genuine EPIPHONE BUZZSAW ELECTRIC GUITAR.

It's written fake all over it.

Because you wouldn't be able to check the serial number until you've already purchased it and have it in your hands.

In which case, they've already got your money.

I've seen that same exact picture on other ebay auctions.

I wouldn't trust it a single bit.

I've overlayed their images onto various other head-on pictures of Zakk Wylde Buzzsaws, and as far as I can tell they've made a common mistake often found on counterfeits- the body is slightly too large.

It's an easy way to make the buyer believe it's real. All they have to do is copy the serial number off an original.

^Serial numbers mean squat. Sure, sometimes a faker will get it wrong, but even if it checks out, that doesn't mean it's genuine.
