I have a dvd downloaded but the files are in this format on my harddrive. How do i convert/watch these?

uhhh...go on Google and search convertors or whatever.

In all honesty, I would help you out, but I have no clue of what a VOB, IFO, or BUP file is...

Try putting in a normal DVD. If it plays fine, then you should be able to just open the VOB files. If it doesn't, you need a DVD codec. I'd search around for ya for one, but I'm a wee busy atm...
