oh well, everyone makes mistakes at one point (i think he was simply playing in a different key there )

Well, this is just more proof that no matter how good yu are, you still mess up from time to time. I'm impressed with how he doesn't show it though. A lot of playes will wince or shake their heads when they screw up, but he totally plays it cool.

Who said he can't play outside
He who joyfully marches to music in rank and file has already earned my contempt.
He has been given a large brain by mistake, since for him the spinal cord would fully suffice.

Remember: A prudent question is one half of wisdom.

Yeah that was pretty bad. But whatever, everyone makes mistakes.
Ticking away the moments that make up a dull day
You fritter and waste the hours in an offhand way
Kicking around on a piece of ground in your home town
Waiting for someone or something to show you the way

At past 80 I'll cut him some slack. Whenever I've seen him he's been great.

Sounded like he walked out on stage and the band was playing a fourth away from what he expected and he just stuck with it to make it sound sort of purposeful. Or just got confused with what they were playing, as in "why don't this sound right? It's the right note ..."

I'd love to see BB King . I'd go jsut for the banter
On vacation from modding = don't pm me with your pish

if it wasn't mixed right, maybe he didn't hear the rhythm playing in a different key.

I played 4 shows that were mixed so bad that I couldn't hear the other guitars. It's also easy to forget what key a song is in when it's blues.

why does Thin Lizzy sing in english if they are from ireland

i just thought of something else. Maybe when the rest of the band was deciding what key to play in, they said "ok, B flat", he might have heard "E flat". "B" and "E" do sound similar, especially for someone who is 80

ok that was painful. But the guy is 150 years old; he's suffering from diabetes and other health problems. I mean come on. Let's give him a break.

Have you seen him live? You'll forget the guy has an age.

It actually didn't sound too horrible. His tone is wonderful

Do it once, it's a mistake.

Keep doing it, it's Jazz.

I hate to break it to you, but A# Major and Eb Minor are not keys. I guess they are... but who would wanna right the extra flat and sharp. They're not standard keys is what I mean.

But yeah, maybe the audio got messed up. Who knows.

What the hell are you talking about? Are you talking about key signatures? Because you can play those, and just call them by different names.

I know what he meant and disagree with it. I wouldn't blame age for this little mishap- it could happen to anyone. My point was that BB sounds amazing even being 82. His singing, tone and playing are as good as nearly anyone in their "prime".

What? I think you're confusing yourself because you're not making any sense.
