Muse at wembley stadium was probs the best for drama and epicness but queens of the stone age on a dingy basketball court was probably the best for raw power as iggy pop would put it
I'd agree with Muse at wembly stadium. although Groove Armada were REALLY good live.

Trivium @ Bogarts for me... it was a tiny one roomed stage filled with the crazies and amps stacked to the roof. I was up front, could see my clothes being pushed around from the speakers and actually caught Matt Heafy's guitar pick that he flicked after "Pull Harder."

Metallica @ Wembley
Joe Satriani & Paul Gilbert @ Bristol Colston Hall
Eric Clapton + Robert Cray, Derek Trucks & Others @ Sheffield Arena

Quite enjoyed Jools Holland as well.
Trivium, Annihilator, Gojira and Sanctity.

Annihilator absolutely stole the show, Sanctity and Gojira both slayed and Trivium were quite good too.

How come your on here for advice?

Give 10 UGers a rope and ask them to pull. 4 will push, 1 will ask for buttsecks, 2 will tell you get an Ibanez and the last 3 will start complaining about Line6 Spiders.
jonathan richman and devo were both amazing

but the brian jonestown have been ace all 4 times ive seen them( and another two times in july)

Decapitated, or Mindless Self Indulgence

+1 Mindless Self Indulgence. Seen them twice, and both times were awesome.
Probably G3, with Dream Theater and Black Label Society both very close. I've been to many great gigs, but these ones are my favourite that i can remember.
