i was pretty f|_|cked up last night and i somehow managed to change the programs on my computer to open in windows media player. i would take a screen-shot of this but when i tried to open paint, windows media player popped up!

does anybody know how to fix this?

edit: my girlfriend made a "conditional offer" with me, pretty much saying that if i can learn how to play solitaire and win then i'm gettin' some. Unfortunately, solitaire is one of those programs that opens in windows media player.

so if anything, can somebody help me get to play solitaire?!

You probably changed the, 'Open this file type with' of .exe files to Media Player.
#6
remove windows media player and see if it returns back to it's normal state.

in XP, open a folder, go to tools > folder options

go to the file types tab. see there's no exe listing? that's cause you can't change that.

make sure the shortcuts are pointing to the right place.

also, be a man and have sex with your girlfriend. fuck a bunch of solitaire

uninstalling media player wont delete your music- unless you delete the folder where your music is stored, you'll be fine

hey facker open up the start menu then click default programs at the bottom right and see if that the problem.
I want to go as far to the edge without going over. Out on the edge, you can see all kinds of different things.
