I need to know more about your PC. What CPU do you have? How much RAM? What graphics card?

Internet is the problem

That's your problem!

(It is more likely to be your internet connection though )

That would easily run CS:S. definately. Apart from the graphics, try turning all your video settings down to low, reducing resolution might help too. If that doesnt fix it, then your internet is the problem.

You have integrated graphics. Turn everything down to lower settings. Also, you internet connection might be crappy. If it's not your internet connection, buy a real graphics card.

its ****in counter strike. your computer is way more than capable. its your internet or your video card. being thats its integrated doenst mean its horrible...but that 3 seconds lag period could be it trying to keep up with "its job" if you will. just try turning a few settings down a bit and see what happens.

Windows XP - Download ad-ware. do a scan. terminate any viruses. If u want, remove ur cookies, but it loses all remembered passwords, all history, and all teh things on the dropbox in internet explorer/Firefox/Safari, which has no dropbox.

It's CS:S. It takes a significantly more powerful PC to play than the original. Integrated cards are NOT meant to play games.
