lately i have been getting more into guitar effects and i have been thinking about getting:
1.Boss DD-3 OR MXR M169 Carbon Copy Analog Delay
2.MXR M-103 Blue Box
3.BBE Sonic Stomp Sonic Maximizer
4.Electro-Harmonix Big Muff

i already have a vox V847A wah pedal, a mxr evh phase 90, and a ibanez tube screamer. i'm a very diverse player so whatever i'm going to get i know i'm going to use. so any recommendations or feedback on any of these pedals would be greatly appreciated. thanks, zack

The Big Muff is gonna give you a nice fuzzy tone, not like a distortion. Kinda like Jack White's dirty tone and the lead tone in Louis XIV song Guilt by Association. I would get a DD-3, as the Carbon Copy has the repeat control on the inside as a trim pot. Or maybe a Guyatone delay, as it has a load of delay time on it. a Sonic Maximizer would be good, epecially if you have a somewht large pedal board.

By high-gain I don't mean stupid stuff. I just mean styles like Motley Crue or Iron Maiden
