if by diet and exercise you mean eating crap and sitting around all day, yes. I'm surprised I'm not fat by now.

i try to eat healthy while i am at home, but at college it is damn near impossible. exercise depends on how motivated i am.

I exercise regularly, but I don't 'diet'. I do eat healthy though, as a life habit.

on and of for me, I am just paying attention to what I eat and I do sports 3 times a week but not always both..

All I meant by diet was eating healthy i.e. veggies, fruits, junk food sparringly, etc.

Both. Is important to exercise and to have a good diet. By diet I mean eating healthy stuff. And doing exercise at least 3 days a week.

I exercise at least 4 times a week and work on my diet as best I can, although as I still live at home, I don't have too much control over what I eat. Still, I always eat healthily.

I eat whatever I like. I'm not fat but obviously some of it is unhealthy. I excercise as well but not very much.

Exercise and eat healthily often. Of course, when you do both you can get away with eating anything you like in moderation of course.
