Inspired by the steak thread:

I was hungry, and bored, so I thought i'd break in my new charcoal grill.
Well, I marinated the two pork chops in an herby red wine/tomato viniagrette which I mixed myself, and soaked it for an hour or so. I then tenderized the marinated chops and placed them on the now hot grill.
While they were cooking, I went inside to mix together a good topping sauce.
I've always liked the general taste of A1 steak sauce, so I took some A1 and splashed in a shot of Tabasco and mixed in some coarsely ground black peppercorns.
After I finished that up, I went outside to keep flipping the chops. And, while they were cooking, I glazed them with the marinade every time i'd flip them.
I cooked them until they were mostly done, but still slightly rare.
I then topped it with the A1/tabasco sauce, a dab of homemade horseradish, and some oregano sprinkled on top.

There you go!
It tastes great BTW.

I'm not an A1 fan, nor a pork chop fan.

If I were, I'd be jealous though.

EDIT: I'd kill for a Cherry Coke right now though.

I would have done steaks or something like that, but the only thing we had was pork chops.

I'm not a huge pork chop fan myself, but that's all I had.
The sauce is better than the meat itself IMO.

And, I just had the can of coke on it just for decoration. Just to fill out the plate.

Sounds really good dude, looks like your quite the cook lol. A1 with Tabasco sounds amazing, I'm gonna have to try that.

The sauce is actually really good.
I only wish I cooked the chops a little bit longer. They were slightly too rare.
Next time i'll get it right.
