what amp settings would you guys recommend to make it sound less electric and more acoustic?

back of the guitar volume a little, go around the bridge for the pickup
clean channel on the amp.

you may need an acoustic sim pedal.
If you want true acoustic tone you are best with an actual acoustic guitar.

i do have an acoustic. this is more for ease of recording (as well as having more tunings available at a time or more sounds)

you can tell that its an acoustic-electric guitar in recordings, though. i'm pretty sure some artists use acoustic-electrics on record but they sound like full, stereo acoustics (maybe this is because they mic it and amp it, but the amp still sounds too electric to me)

oh, these guitars usually don't have bridge pickups, i think.

I just listened to some of your songs and you are getting a fairly decent acoustic tone there. If you are playing an acoustic you can get much better tone out of a couple of mics rather than going through an amp. Only time I use the built-in pickup on mine is for live shows and if I have my druthers, I'd rather be mic' there also
