So, I opened Safari on a mac (school computer), and I make a spelling error while replying in a thread. I right click, and it tells me to "Learn Spelling."

sup?

maybe if you "learned spelling", it wouldn't be an issue.

It is talking about adding it into the Dictionary system there. That way it wont give you a error message thing when you type something that is right. Know what I mean? Although maybe you should learn how to spell.
#8
I don't blame it, you're a horrible speller.

Just joking, you're absolutely fantastic at it.

That's awesome. Now computers will tell us to GTFO each time we reply on a thread.

I'm pretty sure, by 'Learn Spelling', it mean you have the option of storing the word you spelled. Thus, the Mac learns the spelling.

You realize that it means add to spelling dictionary right? And MS word can do that too.

If you do realize that, sorry. That kind of thing doesn't come through on the other end when you type it on the internet.

All Americans? Chances are we can find the same type of garbage spelling and grammar in use by those posting from the UK. Let's not use hasty generalizations about an entire country.

EDIT: I believe I was just baited by a troll, so I will be disregarding said troll from this point forward.

Erm, don't take it offensively man. He has a point.
American spellings differ to British spellings, for example Americans write color and British write colour.
The 'z' comes into play with words like the American criticize and British criticise.
There's no right or wrong way, it's just the different ways words are spelt in different places
