You mean Avt100 right?

Well if your getting it for 300 thats not bad. They arent the worst amps going, they can be good enough eq'ed right!

Are you gigging?

if you're going to be gigging i'd rather have a real valve amp... depends on your budget, of course.
I'm an idiot and I accidentally clicked the "Remove all subscriptions" button. If it seems like I'm ignoring you, I'm not, I'm just no longer subscribed to the thread. If you quote me or do the @user thing at me, hopefully it'll notify me through my notifications and I'll get back to you.

I'll have to put the Classic T models on my to-try list. Shame the finish options there are Anachronism Gold, Nuclear Waste and Aged Clown, because in principle the plaintop is right up my alley.

Presumably because the CCF (Combined Corksniffing Forces) of MLP and Gibson forums would rise up against them, plunging the land into war.

^Ya i agree.

Ts- how much can you pay for the amp and what genres you playing?

Mostly into the blues, but I love roots, metal, rock etc.

And I definatly don't have the budget to replace tubes every 6 months or so!

Thanks everyone
