Hi, so when I say string buzz I mean notes ringing that I don't want ringing...what I don't mean is buzz from a screwy guitar neck.

For the life of me, I can't eliminate accidentally doing a pull-off when I'm doing 3 note/string scales, especially in the ascending direction...the last note I play per string seems to always ring a little bit from getting pulled off.

How do experienced players avoid this? Mute with my left hand? My right hand? Am I fretting things incorrectly?

Thanks a ton, love this place

I palm mute the strings I'm not playing. Sounds more tricky then it is.

I think experienced guitarists mute all strings that aren't in use. Helps with feedback from the amp too I think.
