Ok so recently I bought Kalmah's "The Black Waltz" album and i have been ****ting my pants everytime i listen to it! I think the guitar work is some of the best ive ever heard. I have been trying to write like them but not exactly there style. (For all the people who are gonna flame me i already know i should write my own style) What im asking is if there are any scales, progressions, tunings or anything along those lines i should put into consideraton?

EVH. I saw him in concert. And his brother was seriously the worst bass player I've ever seen.
