For some reason I find it unconformable to play with dry hands. I always use hand moisturizer and spread around the excess before I play?

Anyone else have an opinion on this?
The Setup:
Fender Standard Stratocaster
Crate GFX-30
Vox AD50VT

I find it difficult to play with sweaty hands. Moisturizer (or any liquid) might rust your strings a bit faster? Just do what feels right, man.
Every time you sit down to "practice" without a metronome, God kills a kitten.

depends on whether the neck is painted, stained, laquered, or bare.
sometimes tacky hands with moisturizer can make your hand stop while sliding it across the neck, if you're on an LP. with a strat, no problem.
