How bout you combine them. Blues Jr. + TS9. will give you the best SRV sound out of the choices (I doubt you could afford 2, but that would get you VERY close). Providing you get the Blues Jr. with the better speaker (Tweed I think), cranking the amp along with using the TS9 will give you a great blues sound.

And you won't need the reverb pedal, the Fender has spring reverb. Besides, I think reverb pedals are a waste of money, but that's another story...

urm do it but i think your speaking about the Bj on guitarcenter and i should of mentioned im in the uk, plus would the lower volumes be ok enough for bedroom practise with out annoying parents

The Blues Jr is a great practice amp. It is loud enough for small setting gigs. It is certainly more SRV than the Blackheart.

+ 4958 to Sonicxlover. A BJ and a TS9 (or an 808 replica, like I build) will give you gain, cleans, gigable volume, and portability.
