And so it boils down to 3 guitars,

Squier Affinity Fat Strat (New)
Squier Standard Fat Strat (New)
Yamaha Pacifica 112 LTD edition Black/Chrome (Used, Excellent Condition)

Already got my microcube. So just need to decide.

Please post your vote.

Cheers Guys

My friend has that yamaha and I absolutely hate it. It's complete garbage compared to the Squiers that I've played. Get whichever squier is the higher end of the two, I forget which it is...
Telecaster - SG - Jaguar
Princeton Reverb, Extra Reverb
P-Bass - Mustang Bass
Apogee Duet 2 - Ableton Suite

This looks like its gonna be a killing!

The yamahas are excellent for the money. They have loads of good features like alnico pickups. So in short:

Yamaha

Yamaha.
I don't own one, but I've played one and I'm impressed how well it played for the price.

Yamaha, I started off using the 112J model and it was an excellent guitar for the price. Considering my brother got it used, it played really well and was just great for a noob like me!
