Alright so I'm trying to play this out of Led Zeppelin Acoustic Classics Vol. 1
it says the song is open F, but it also says below it DADF#AD with capo on 3rd counting from the nut so 3 = open.
On Youtube there are some arguments about what tuning the song is played in.
So what is the real tuning?

Does it really matter as long as you play the right notes in the right order?

Now that I've looked at it I think Open D up three is the same as Open F...
So I guess I'm learning here.
But every version I've seen has been in open F, so I guess I need to get a chromatic tuner, eh?

Whatever tuning you find it easiest in. A lot of Jimmy Page's alternate tunings were just collections of intervals he liked.
American Deluxe maple board Strat
Hot Rod Deluxe
Fulltone Fulldrive II mosfet
