I heard the coolest song on the radio about 3 weeks ago and havent been able to find a name or anything!

it was on Q101, if anyone lives in chicago area. all i can describe it is that Billy Corgan was singing, Ive looked through tons of smashing pumpkins and billy corgan stuff to find it. Theres a really steady drum beat, its a little heavier but not in a fast sort of way. Just heavy, drums are very heavy and are big in it. They may be electric.

Any ideas? Its really sick. and youre probably gonna give me all sorts of crap about this thread, if you dont have an idea, dont respond.

Ava Adore?

Yea, based off your description this is the most likely candidate

EDIT: Although, are the drums REALLY electric? If so it could be "Eye", that's a pretty obscure pumpkins track and probably my favorite one. It was on Lost Highway soundtrack.
