the chord goes as follows

A# root
F perfect 5th
F# minor 2nd
A minor 3rd

i think thats how the intervals go(in relation to the note before them)
i'm a n0oB at theory and i need to know the name of the chord.

but it is a minor third of F#

but i'm pretty sure thats not how you describe the intervals of a chord

I'd go with Bb, F, Gb, A. If that's the order from the bottom up, I would call it Gbmaj7#9/Bb.
