Does anyone know how I eject my CD Drive?

I press the button on the machine, nothing happens.

Thanks in advance.

If the button isn't working there's a sort of "manual override" button that you can press with a straightened out paper clip. Check for a tiny hole just underneath your drive and it should eject when you press the button in there.

right click on the drive in my computer and click eject

find it on 'my computer', right click, click eject

EDIT: Arse.

EDIT2: If that doesn't work you might be able to unclip the front cover of the tray and pull it out, but thats like your super last resort

Sounds like the tray motor is broken then. Have it repaired or get a new drive.

If nothing works and it has a flappy front, just hold down the front and lever it out carefully with something strong and flat. If it's a solid front, just skip straight to step 2.

Cds sometimes explode. Never had it happen to me, but have heard of it happening to others. Perhaps your PC just doesn't like <insert band here to complete crap joke>.
