here i am again, this time with Fruity Loops.
i'm using the demo and its just what i need, and its free. :P

so i have to use the piano roll thing to program the drums, but the different parts are scattered everywhere and it makes things much harder than i would want.

so is there anyway i could rearrange the cymbals and **** to where i want them? it would make programing the drums much easier.

thanks.

You can change the piano roll to show note names instead of keys.

There's a little button just above the keys on the left as I recall...toggles between them.

FL is doing something that is really annoying. its like buzzing like a static-y buzz kind of thing every few seconds. it cuts off everything and all you hear is that buzz for like a second.

how can i get rid of this??

Well, have you registered all your vsti's ? Because some of them are set to do that if you don't register, to keep people from stealing the software.

Just gone back to the original post.....

Are you sure it's not because you are using the demo version? Developers are not usually harsh enough to use the static/beep technique on something like Fruity Loops (normally things like vsti's) but they might have. Check to see if it says anything about it on the webpage or upon startup of the demo. If not, you could try emailing ImageLine to ask why this could be happening (the company behind Fruity Loops).
