in the song Enemy by Drowning Pool there is a rhythm the guitar does in the chorus (about 0:54)-how is it writtenlike it power tab-is it a triplet if so what notes?

How the hell could that possibly be a triplet? I took a quick listen on YouTube. From what I heard, it sounds like:

16th note - 16th note - 8th note rest *repeat*

As for the pitch of the note itself, I don't know...

16th note-16th note-16th rest, repeat 4X, then 2 8th notes

To do this visually:
SSRS SRSS RSSR EE

S = 16th note
R = 16th rest
E = 8th note

The 8th notes are played staccato, which makes them sound more like 16th notes, but it's easier to think of them as 8th's.
