Hello There.

I've run into a bit of a problem with GP5 as of today.

Something involving the power supply for my computer got totally fried earlier this week, and I had to have it taken in and repaired.

Computer's fine now, everything's where it should be, running great.

The only problem I've noticed is in closing GP. It freezes up and I have to go through the 'end now or try something else' option, which in ending it takes me to the 'error report' stuff. This happens EVERY TIME.

Then the next time I try and open it, it says it didn't close correctly and asks me if I'd like to restore the previous file.

What exactly is happening here?

Happens to me to a lot. To end it quick after closing it with the "x" in the window and it's not closing press Alt+control+delete and the task manager will come up. Click the processes tab and find GP5.exe and click end process. It'll ask you if you are definitely sure say yes and it will close.

Just a RAM overload thing would be my guess.

Well I deleted some files on there I wasn't using, it helped some. Still locks up, though.
