my band is covering another brick in the wall pt2..we have no keyboard player, and we have 1 guitarist.i play bass
can anyone lead me in the direction of a good way to create to mood of solo..im gonna have hit those chords that the synth is doing,although i havent been able to find them...
do u think using that same progression moved over the different chords would work?

You really have to clarify this, you're making no sense. For example, "same progression over different chords"? The chords are your progression.
