If you had to choose your favorite 20 seconds or less of any song, what would it be? Whether it be a singing part or a few neat licks in a solo, what would you choose? Give the name of the song and the time (and it has to be around 20 seconds or less)

My favorite would be in Metallica's Welcome Home (Sanitarium), 5:24-5:43. I just love that part for some reason.

The intro to Blind by Korn, when the heavy guitar starts coming in and he screams, "Are you ready?" It's the coolest part of any song ever.

Well, if you ask me, anyway

No, some people actually like Tom Green.

Me neither, due to him not being alive and all.

I don't know the time but the part in YYZ before it goes to that weird sounding solo about halfway through.

ISIS - Holy Tears 6:27-6:47. The raw emotion and power in the singer's roar (not scream) makes it possibly one of the heaviest vocal moments I've heard in a song.

when the chorus is so faded you can't hear it, but the next track hasn't started yet. you can reflect on the song then.

no actual cool playing, but I absolutely love the first 20 seconds of the Wallflowers' "One Headlight." Best guitar and organ tone ever recorded, and it builds like something wonderful is about to follow... and then of course something wonderful follows.

Ooo, and the intro riff to "Stay Together for the Kids" by blink-182, it just sounds so beautiful.

The intro to Over the Hills and Far Away (How the West was Won version in particular) by Led Zeppelin. Some of the most beautiful guitar ever played.
