Ok, so i got new pickups (two humbuckers, irongear rolling mill in neck and hot slag in the bridge and one single in the middle from CourdoyEW), put them in my H-S-H RG1570.
As a matter of fact, they are awesome, but in positions 2 and 4 I lose quite a lot volume... in fact, too much. it has nearly no bass and is basicaly souns like something you'd hear on the radio.

Anyone has any idea what could be wrong?

Well you're basically running two humbuckers out of series together, so you'll get that redio sorta sound, possibly wiring problems or pickup heights etc? But it could just be that the pickups you have aren't particually suited for those positions

I've experimented with pickup height and i'm sure this isn't it. It could be wiring. do you have any idea what could went wrong? And no, the pots remained the same. Do they actually have any effect on this? Cause you know, position 1, 3, 5 all work just well...it's just coil split positions that are quiet...
