Im thinking of putting a set of swineshead venom pickups in my ibanez rgr321,
will that imrpove the sustain and clarity ? And are those pups considered good?

Idk much about these pickups....but I'm fairly certain sustain is to do with the bridge and neck of the guitar.

But then again...there are the fernandes sustainer pickups, but I think they're an exception.

The pickups may help a bit, but it won't "wow" you. Sustain really depends on the quality of the wood in the guitar and the quality of construction of the guitar.

pickups will improve sustain a little bit. it still depends on the wood, bridge and neck. the pickup wioll just change the EQ of your guitar. treble will improve the sustain.
