So im going to start sweep picking. Would it be good if i started with triads and then when i master those to move on to sweeping arpeggios of full chords?

A triad is a "full chord", it is not limited to only 3 strings. However, you can just start with 3 string sweeps and work your way up, yes.

Learn to construct arpeggios as groups of notes, then you can construct your own sweep shapes, the important thing is that you start off with simple three string shapes.

I started by sweep picking chords. After that, I learned some arrpegios.
(but I already know my theory very well so it wasn't hard to find the notes)
