lol.

I'm actually kinda looking forward to this one though, Pork and Beans is great. And Make Believe (for me) marked an improvement on Green, so hopefully things'll keep imroving!

Fixed.

I listened to the leaked tracks, and they were pretty good. Hopefully this will put Weezer on the right track again.

The Blue Album is the sex, and the only one I've heard.
That song isn't too bad either.

QFT.

Their latest was crap. I have little faith in the new one being any better.

That was a quality video.

Green album was by far my fave although I can't say that I'm a massive fan either way.

Agreed. blue album and pinkerton were both great. that's it, that's all. matt sharp was KEY!!!!!!

After listening to all of Red I'd rank it third of all their albums after Pinkerton/Blue (which I never expected them to be able to top), but this CD blows away Make Believe, is better than Green and I'd say it's better than Maladroit.

The Angel and the One is the best song from the new CD imo

Damn. I was at Best Buy today picking up Disturbed's new stuff, and I considered getting the Red Album as well, but I wasn't really impressed by Make Believe, so I passed. I kind of wish I'd have picked it up now since it's gotten so many positive nods here.

So would this album be worthy of a detour tomorrow on my way back from an interview?

Sure, why not? Pork and Beans, in itself is reason enough to buy it, not to mention there are better songs on it. Not only that, the cover has Rivers in a cowboy hat, son.

To be honest, I was sold when I saw his 'tache.

I'm considering whether or not to get this album. I liked Pork and Beans but I hear that this album is very power chord heavy and I'm not too keen on that.

buuuut, if its your favorite weezer album, then yeah, maybe you are a poser.

I'm one of the few that actually liked Make Believe. I actually rate it higher than the Red Album so far, but I haven't heard the 2nd half of it yet.

The second half is good, but the first half is one of the worst moments in the history of music.

I'm liking the positive feedback. Might pick it up soon. Is it peculiar buying their latest when I only have their earliest...

I love the Red Album. Such an improvement over Make Believe in my mind.

Not so sure of the "cowboy rivers" on the cover though.
