Ive played a carvin before, a CT3, and im pretty sure all 6 string electric carvins have the same neck.

So they are the same price, and pretty much the same electronics.

I already have a "super strat", but carvins are especially nice.

Im leaning a little bit more towards the tele.
Ibanez Jem 777BK, Carvin DC727, Fender MIM Strat
Mesa Boogie DC5
Xotic BB Preamp, Ts9, BBE GS, Boss DD-6
Weber Mass
Morley Bad Horsie 2

I personally would take the DC127. But if you want the TL go for it.

And the necks are different. The CT/CS series has a thicker neck (more similar to a Les Paul) and every neck-through model has a thinner, faster neck. (Not Ibanez thin though)
Dissonance is Bliss
