pretty cool stuff man. the only thing i noticed is that one of the guitar players really needs to work on keeping time w/ the drums.
#4

he was nervous as hell the whole concert it was really annoying, hes off in so many songs

Knights of Cydonia deserves a lot more respect than that....
Demolition hands.... Got 'em!

I only listened to Knights of Cydonia, cause thats the only one I know on the list. I liked the singing, but some parts were a bit sloppy and out of time. I guess it's good for just a few times practicing, and the most important thing is that the crowd was really into it, and that IS the most important thing.

i'm not gonna lie.
The solo in perfect situation made my ears bleed.
other than the sloppy soloing, it wasn't half bad.

you really shouldnt play seize the day if the guitarist
cant play the end sweeping pattern, its what makes the song skilled.

what part were you doing anyway?

thanks guys. yea like i said, all new guys playing together and not a lot or practicing, I'm the singer/guitarist
#16
I was terribly dissapointed by The Pot. But it's a really hard song to pull off, so you still get an A+ for effort
#17
Iunno I only watched Knights of Cydonia but your drummer completely ****ed it up, like it killed the song, he was playing this slow sloppy beat with constant crashes in the verses where there should be none i'm sorry it was just a pretty bad cover overall, I couldn't bring myself to watch any afterwords

^Yeah The Pot too

The solo is nothing, but the singing wasn't in line.

yeah mate you have good potential as a singer. all you need is a teacher who can teach you how to control your voice or whatever. gratz on singing the song and playing at the same time though

If you only watched Cydonia, how do you know the Pot was bad?

Anyway, Knights of Cydonia has some crash in the verse.

I'll watch some at another time and edit my opinion into this post.
I play by my own rules. And I have one rule; There are no rules... but if there are, they're there to be broken. Even this one.

cool stuff, but go to the covers forum
dude, what about an actual solo in death metal instead of that poof from linkin park. Think of Pulse of the Maggots - Bed Of Razors

Singers good, and some nice geetaring mate.
But you shouldn't have covered 'Knights. Its not the sort of song you cover.

The singer for The Pot could have done better, plus the guitarist keeps getting offbeat.
#38
try getting into hardcore punk
then you shouldnt be nervouse because you will just feel like kicking everyones ass...
#40
Dude, your lead guitarist... Blows. He butchered those verses to "Wish You Were Here." That and his tone sucks. Don't know if it's gotta do with gear but man.

Idk, about the rest. Couldn't listen after that. Btw, singer was alright-pretty good. Couldn't hear the bass (**** speakers), drummer didn't seem to know what he was doing >.<, but he pulled through.

EDIT: Couldn't get more than a minute through Diary of Jane
