I am planning on my buying a guitar. But i would want to switch out the pickups. So if I were to buy the pickups and bring it to guitar center (cause I cant put them in myself) would they put it in for me and at a cost?

They would put it in but they'd charge you dearly for it.
What is it that you're unsure of? It's a simple process that's quite forgiving.

You just need a soldering iron. Its fairly easy. I did it on my guitar and I epicly fail at soldering...

From wikipedia
Soldering is a process in which two or more metal items are joined together by melting and flowing a filler metal into the joint, the filler metal having a relatively low melting point. Soft soldering is characterized by the melting point of the filler metal, which is below 400 °C.[1] The filler metal used in the process is called solder.

I'm pretty sure google and instructables have some videos.

Ask them how much it will be at a local shop though. GC will rape you through the eye socket to change your pickups.

A friend of mine had GC install 3 single coils for $60 - so you might look elsewhere. Soldering is really quite easy and an iron can be had for ~$10.

I'd attempt it yourself, Gotta learn sometime ^_^.
