Ok, simple (stupid) question.

I've got a squier strat, the cheapo beginners starter set. I was slloking at it earlier, and noticed hat the bridge pickup is, well, wonky. It is maybe 3mm high off the body at the low E, and at least 6mm at the high e!

Is this normal?

Yes, it's an easy fix. Alot of guitars don't really come well set up from the factory. There are screws at both ends of the pickup, and you can tweak those with a screwdriver to raise/lower the pickup at that side.

like he said its easily fixed. but its also a matter of preference. Do you like the sound that it gets set up that way better than if it was straight? Figure it out and do what you think is best
